I'm Jen Brock, a certified 200 hour yoga teacher, offering one hour Hatha and Kundalini yoga classes both in-studio and online.​

 

My teaching philosophy is centred around accessibility, encouragement, and compassionate mentorship. I create a supportive, inclusive space for all ages and abilities, helping students find balance in their lives while nurturing a deep connection to themselves and discovering unity through community.
